Tournament Cancellation

Dear Toca Open Cup Participants,

We regret to inform you that the tournament committee has decided to cancel the tournament. This tournament is a long standing tradition for the club and we are extremely sad to have to skip this edition.
Unfortunately, guests teams and a significant number of players from our club can not make it to the tourney.
We did not want to hold a mediocre tourney with limited competition.

We apologize for such a late notice. Aware that teams are counting on this opportunity to practice for their regular season, if the interest is there, we can coordinate a scrimmage in particular for U11 and U12.

In terms of refunds, you will receive a separate email outlining how we intend to provide them in an expedient manner.

If you have any outstanding concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Once again, we appreciate your consideration and you count on us for our next edition of the tourney. Last year was a superb experience and hope to return to those days.

Open Cup details:

Ages: Boys U10-U15 & Girls U10-11

Activity:
Games are 5v5 (max 8 players per roster).
NO GOALIE.
15 minute halves.
Teams are guaranteed 3 games.
All teams qualify for a second round.
Superb Soccer Fields.
All teams are welcome!!!

Time: From 10:00am

Fee: $195 per team
Payment in full is due at the time of registration.

* Refunds will be made if the tournament is cancelled due to weather or Acts of God, but approximately one-third of the entry fee will be retained to cover field rental costs and administration.

I-495 Beltway at River Road exit and travel 11.5 miles to Bretton Woods entrance on left, just before stop sign and intersection with Seneca Road. Once in Breton Woods, turn left just past gate and go to end of road where there are two soccer fields.
