We lost 2-0.

We were short-handed in a game that in the end will probably not matter. At the start of the game we had 9 so this was obviously not a good sign for us.
Caspians were excited and confident and put pressure on us from the start.

We were forced to pack it in tight in the back and had little momentum moving the ball up top to Paolo who was being covered by 3 defenders. Abner hit the post (again) and somehow we went into half time 0-0.

20 minutes into the second half there was a free kick outside the box. All I can say is that after the game Steve said that we need a goalie who can defend against free kicks. I think he is right. There have been a TON of goals scored on us from free kicks on the edge of the box.

After the goal we pushed everybody up and there was another goal on a break away.

This sets up the Final Game next week. I got a call from Charly friend Chip and he said we are on for next Thursday.

The spirits of everybody was good after the game and everybody agreed that this is the way it should be.
