Fee: Club Membership for the Fall 2008 season is $400.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only considered in cases of unforeseen medical conditions that prohibit the player from participating in the soccer program (i.e. injury). No refunds after August 18th (three weeks prior to the first game of the season).

Payment Schedule: To guarantee a spot on the roster, payments should be made by July 1st, 2008

*New players:
need to E-Fax and Mail, (1) the MSI-Club Form, (2) a completely legible copy of a birth certificate, passport or other official government identification OR the original player pass from the prior seasonal year.

*Returning Toca Players:
need to E-Fax and Mail the MSI-Club Form, since last season pass will be used as the player proof of age.
